Nydli gets hold of you through the bell in the header. A dot on it means you haven't read something yet.

Two sorts of thing land there. One is your own work, the other is us telling you what we've built. When there's some of each they get a heading each, and when there's only one sort you just get the list.

What's happened is your own work. Somebody giving you a task lands here, and so does what happens to a task you're holding: marked done, reopened, archived, moved to the bin, or brought back out again. Changes to the wording of a task don't, so a colleague tidying up a title won't ring your bell. All of it is in the Activity log either way.

A finished ClickUp import lands here too. It tells you how many tasks and time entries it imported, or that it's waiting for you to decide about the files, or that it stopped before it wrote anything. See Import from ClickUp.

If you share the workspace, you'll also hear when your own access changes. If you own or administer it, you'll hear when somebody accepts an invitation and when a member is removed.

If you own the account, a payment that didn't go through lands here too, and it's the one notice that's marked: a warning triangle in front of it, a coloured edge down the side of the row, and the dot on the bell in that same colour while it's unread. Everything else in the panel can wait until you get to it, and this one can't — the row takes you straight to Subscription, where a new payment method settles it. New in Nydli is us, telling you what we've been building. The long ones have a Read more.

Mark as read clears one of them, and Mark all as read clears them all. Nothing disappears when you read it, it just stops counting as new.

Does anybody else get told?

Assign a task to somebody and it lands on their bell. So does ticking it off, archiving it or binning it, as long as they're the one it's assigned to.

You never hear about your own doing. The one exception is a job you set going that finished while you were elsewhere, which is what the import notice is.

Everything else stays where it always was, in the Activity log, whenever you want to look.
