Activity log
The Activity page answers "what changed, and who changed it?" — useful when you share a workspace, and just as useful alone when you want to know what happened to a task last Tuesday.
Find it at the bottom of the sidebar, alongside Archive and Trash.
What gets logged
Changes to tasks and categories:
- Created, renamed, moved
- Start date, due date
- Color, icon, labels, assignee
- Description edits
- Closed and reopened, archived and unarchived, trashed and restored
Entries are grouped by day, with Today and Yesterday at the top, and Load more pulls in older ones.
When a change cascades — archiving a category with everything inside it — the log records one entry on the category, not one per task underneath. And because the task editor saves continuously, a stretch of editing shows up as a single entry rather than one per keystroke.
What is deliberately not logged
- Time entries. Your Timesheet is the record for time, and every entry there is already editable with its own history.
- Reordering and favorites. Personal arrangement, not shared history.
- Settings. Your own preferences, not workspace activity.
Who sees what

Undoing a change
Many entries offer a way back: Revert to "old name", Revert due date, Move back, Reopen, Unarchive, Restore, and so on.
Revert is not an undo stack. It applies the old value as a new change — so it appears in the log as its own entry, exactly like any other edit, and nothing about the history is rewritten. The buttons only show up when they still make sense: you won't be offered Unarchive on a task somebody already unarchived.
How far back it goes
The log keeps the last 90 days. Older entries are removed permanently, so treat it as a recent-history tool rather than a permanent audit trail. Your tasks, categories and tracked time are of course unaffected — only the record of changes ages out.
