Settings

Open Settings from the account menu in the header. Everything saves as you change it — there is no Save button.

Profile

Your display name, shown to workspace members. Your email address is shown but can't be changed here.

Appearance

  • Theme — Light, Dark, or follow your system. The choice is per browser.
  • Whimsical mode — Nydli's hand-drawn icon set. On by default; turn it off for standard icons.

Language, dates and time

  • Language — English or Norsk (bokmål).
  • Date format — five formats to choose from, previewed with today's date.
  • Clock — 12-hour or 24-hour.
  • Week starts on — Monday or Sunday. This also defines what "week" means on the Timesheet.
  • Time zone — determines which day your time entries land on.

Features

Time tracking on/off. Turning it off hides the timer, the task editor's time section and the Timesheet — data is never touched. See Tracking time.

Colors and icons

The quick-pick rows offered when coloring a task or picking its icon are yours to edit: add, remove and reorder the choices. Removing a quick pick never changes tasks that already use the value.

Example data

Import a fictional small business — categories, tasks, labels and a year of tracked time — to explore the app, and remove it again from here when you're done. You choose what goes: the example tasks and their "Example data" labels are always removed, while categories and the other label trees can each be kept as a starting point for your own work.

Storage

Attachments and description images count toward your workspace's storage allowance. The meter here shows how much you've used and where it goes — split between images and file uploads, with the tasks taking the most space listed below, which is exactly what you need when it's time to clean up.

Deleting an attachment frees its space immediately. Deleting a task frees its attachments' space once the task leaves the Trash — until then it can still be restored, attachments included.
